Tammy Toney-Butler

Tammy Toney-Butler, a survivor of child sex trafficking and the loss of her father to suicide when a mere teenager, was transformed by her faith in Christ and is on a mission to empower survivors to start their transformative journeys. Trauma destroyed Tammy's childhood and set her on a pathway of coping through various addictive tendencies. Reflective Spaces Ministry, Corp, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded by Tammy Toney-Butler, a former emergency department nurse and sexual assault nurse examiner. Following the whisper of the Holy Spirit, Tammy and her husband, David, sold all their possessions and relocated to Lee County, Florida. They purchased a ten-acre parcel of land to begin a trauma-focused, prophetic healing ministry. Tammy is a published author and subject matter expert on human trafficking and trauma-responsive care. She has publications featured in the National Library of Medicine (PubMed) and is an international speaker on human trafficking. Tammy's extensive presentation list includes speaking at the United Nations and World Health Organization's Year of the Nurse and Midwife Civil Society Briefing, the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners - Long Island Chapter, American Nurses Association General Assembly, the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Naples Woman’s Club Empowering Woman’s Luncheon, and the Bonita-Estero Woman’s Club. Tammy has been retained as an expert witness and a network television panelist. She has been active in her advocacy efforts in Washington, DC. She is unafraid to speak the truth regarding child safety legislative initiatives and the need for reform in this space. In 2020, A&K Ranch Ministries, LLC, and Nurses United Against Human Trafficking, PA, were founded, and in 2021, Reflective Spaces Ministry became a reality. In 2023, Reflective Hour with Tammy Toney-Butler was launched as a Podcast and on YouTube as a platform for transformational healing in Christ. In 2024, Reflective Spaces Ministry launched its YouTube channel to disciple the next generation of faith leaders. Tammy offers prophetic teachings, sermons, mini-messages, Bible studies, and a trauma-responsive pulpit series for pastoral leaders to glean knowledge. Tammy has become the mouthpiece for God's empowering message of hope and healing worldwide. Tammy can often be found on the streets, going after the ones. As a prophetic healing evangelist, the Holy Spirit works through Tammy as she brings restoration, deliverance, and healing to the broken, lost, and vulnerable to empower them to step into their God given purpose as ambassadors for the Kingdom of God.
