Amazon Business Restock’s Vending service analytics available in your dashboard

Access spend and supply analytics through convenient dashboards in the Amazon Business store.

Customers using Amazon Business Restock’s Vending service can now view corresponding spend and supply analytics through a service-specific Amazon Business Analytics dashboard in the Amazon Business store. This enables Amazon Business account administrators and finance users to access detailed metrics, including transaction-level information such as employee ID, product dispensed (ASIN and item name), timestamps, and vending machine identification.

This capability for Vending customers allows administrators to audit employee usage, track consumption patterns for budget planning, export data for system integration, and access and filter transaction data without Amazon Business sales support. 

How account administrators can access

Log into your Amazon Business account, and hover over “Hello.” From the drop-down menu, select “Business Analytics.” Under “Reports”, select “Vending.” This reporting is available for download in csv format. 

What is Amazon Business Restock?

Amazon Business Restock replenishment services save customers time and money, offloads inventory management and increases spend visibility. Amazon Business technicians visit customer sites, deliver and order products based only on what you need, and restock items. These services are available in select US cities. 

With the Vending service, you can control distribution of products at your business by tapping Amazon Business Restock vending machines. Your account administrators can set product quantity, user and spend limits, and your employees can either enter a code or scan an ID to access authorized items. The Amazon Business team and your account administrators receive an alert when an item is running low, so an order can be automatically placed to avoid stockouts. The Vending service can be deployed in a variety of work environments, such as industrial or corporate settings. 

With the Managed Inventory service, Amazon Business technicians restock one or more stockrooms or similar areas within a worksite and can automatically reorder items to keep you supplied.
