Save Time with Amazon Business Analytics Bulk Download Feature

Access up to 2,000 purchase documents in one download.
14 December 2024

Amazon Business Analytics increased its bulk download capability, making it easier for customers worldwide to access their purchase documents at faster speeds. Once capped at just 15 orders per-download, customers can enjoy access to up to 2,000 of these purchase documents at once — 133x the current capacity.

With Bulk Download, customers can quickly access larger quantities of purchase documents and easily download tax-qualified invoices.

The Bulk Download feature is just another way Amazon Business is looking to improve the reconciliation experience. By increasing the orders per download, this features helps limit manual work—making procurement processes and accounting operations run more smoothly.

Customers can access Bulk Download by choosing the “Download order documents” dropdown at the top of the Reports page, where they can select specific documents or download all documents (up to 2,000 orders). Additionally, customers can choose the types of documents to download, which are exported into a ZIP file and available in “see download history.”

Customers can choose from documents like VAT invoices, Invoice from Pay by Invoice, and Printable order summaries — the availability of each making tax filing that much easier. Once a document is downloaded, the customer will be alerted at the top of the page, directing them to their download history.

"We are always looking for feedback from our customers to inform how we innovate and improve our features, and this is a huge improvement for our business customers looking for easier-to-access analytics," said Vikram Ramadoss, Senior Product Manager at Amazon Business.

Bulk Download is the latest update to the Amazon Business Analytics and Payments experience, joining earlier launches like Charge Identifier, enablement of Direct Debit through Invoice by Amazon, and updates to Credit Memo Processing
