Amazon Business is introducing Amazon Business IT Services, bringing business buyers new value-added services –device advisory, extended Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties, device enrollment and asset tagging – so purchased devices are ready to use upon delivery.

With Amazon Business IT Services, business buyers can simplify purchasing, right-size orders, and save time and money. Supported device brands include Acer, Apple, Asus, Dell, Lenovo, Logitech, Microsoft and Samsung. Common eligible devices include Chromebooks, desktops, laptops and tablets.

“The process of selecting, purchasing, configuring and deploying devices across a workforce can be fragmented, time-consuming and costly for businesses. Amazon Business IT Services offers a unified solution to simplify device purchasing and set-up,” said Cody Tolve, Amazon Business Director of Services.

Customers can access expert Amazon Business guidance to help choose devices that align with their productivity and budget needs. For eligible device orders, tap bulk ordering options, business-only pricing and no order quantity minimum. Through extended OEM warranties, receive longer coverage plans than a standard manufacturer coverage period.

Before delivery, Amazon Business can ensure purchased devices are ready to be managed by mobile device management (MDM) systems using Apple Business Manager (ABM), Microsoft Autopilot or Google Chrome Enterprise Enrollment. In the Amazon Business store, account administrators can opt in to self-service device enrollment into Apple Business Manager – a free online portal for organizations to deploy and manage Apple devices – for eligible Apple purchases; they can complete the verification at the Amazon Business Manager verification page.

Asset tagging, which involves Amazon Business coordinating the attachment of a tag or label to a device for a business customer’s identification purposes, and device enrollment which helps reduce the administrative burden on customers' IT teams.
