Computer House Call success story with Amazon Business

Computer House Call comes to the rescue quickly with Amazon Business

Computer House Call helps individuals and companies with everything from training on how to use email to fixing network issues. With the original founder going into retirement, Andy Wallace and his coworker were offered the opportunity to co-own Computer House Call in 2019, a company where they had both been working as IT consultants for several years. Three years into ownership, Computer House Call has acquired another company and has expanded their services to include water damage repair for cell phones and computers.

“I love it [IT consulting]. People are always so thankful and happy that they don't have to buy a new computer. You know, that's always good news. A couple of small, cheap upgrades and their computer is still good for another two or three years.”

Amazon Business features to explore

Andy is going to explore customer surveys through Delighted, a benefit of a Business Prime account.  “[Delighted] sounds interesting. We collect email addresses and we know that we're going to do something with that data eventually, but we just didn't know what to do with it all yet,” stated Andy.
