Autopay is a new feature that allows Amazon Business Credit Account customers to automate their invoice payments through Direct Debit. Once enabled, invoices are paid automatically from the designated business bank account, no manual allocation, no remittance instructions required. Autopay is enabled at the legal entity level and applies to all groups under your organization.
Account Admins and Finance roles can enable autopay from the Your invoices page on your Amazon Business account:
Payments are debited on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and last day of each month.
With autopay enabled, customers can eliminate the manual process of tracking and selecting the invoices to pay as they come due. Autopay ensures on-time payments for every billing cycle, reduces the risk of past-due balances and purchasing limit constraints, and frees up your AP team to focus on higher-value tasks.
Autopay is available to all Business Credit Account customers who pay with Direct Debit for their Amazon Business invoices.
