Streamlined delivery control through your shared address book

What’s changing?

Delivery preference management is now consolidated directly within the shared address book, streamlining how you control delivery settings across your organization.

Previously, administrators managed addresses and delivery preferences in two separate areas: the shared address book and locations tab. With this update, you can now manage all delivery preferences, such as preferred delivery hours, pallet delivery options, and holiday schedules, directly from the shared address book where your delivery preferences already live. For customer using an e-procurement system, your delivery preferences will continue to flow into your integrated system.

How it works

For administrators:

To update delivery preferences for any business address, go to Business Settings and select Addresses and delivery preferences. 

• Choose the address you want to edit from the shared address book

• Adjust delivery hours, pallet options, or holiday schedules as needed.

• Save your changes

Your existing delivery preferences have been preserved and applied to the corresponding shared addresses, so you don't need to reenter any information. When you add new addresses in the future, they will inherit your organization's established delivery preferences.

For buyers:

When your administrator updates a shared address, your location automatically inherits the new delivery preferences. Simply select your preferred delivery address at checkout, and your order will follow your organization's established delivery standards.
