What is Purchase level consolidation of e-Invoices for Invoice by Amazon (IBA)?
Purchase-level consolidation of e-invoices for IBA helps Amazon Business customers in Italy reduce the number of invoices issued, minimizing manual reconciliation and improving the accounts payable process for Business Credit Account-enabled organizations.
How does it work?
Account administrators can take advantage of this new feature by following the below steps:
- In Business Settings, click Billing & Delivery.
- Choose Business Credit Account, then select Manage Your Invoice settings.
- Click Invoice template details then edit the frequency of the invoice.
Where is it available?
This feature is available to account administrators in Italy who have enabled IBA and Business Credit Account as their payment method.
