What is Purchase level consolidation of e-Invoices for Invoice by Amazon (IBA)?
Purchase-level consolidation of e-invoices for IBA helps Amazon Business customers in Italy reduce the number of invoices issued, minimizing manual reconciliation and improving the accounts payable process for Pay by Invoice-enabled organizations.
How does it work?
Account administrators can take advantage of this new feature by following the below steps:
- In Business Settings, click Billing & Delivery.
- Choose Pay by Invoice, then select Manage Your Invoice settings.
- Click Invoice template details then edit the frequency of the invoice.
Where is it available?
This feature is available to account administrators in Italy who have enabled IBA and Pay by Invoice as their payment method.
