New User Management experience makes it easier to manage account users

A streamlined User Management experience provides administrators with a centralized page for simplified invitations and better visibility.
05 August 2025

What is the enhanced User Management experience?
The enhanced User Management experience makes it easier for Amazon Business account administrators to manage their organization’s users. With a centralized user management hub and simplified invitation process, administrators can easily view, search, invite, and manage users from a centralized page while getting an at-a-glance view of users with a summary dashboard. Quickly find users with enhanced filtering and get better visibility into role and group assignments for improved control.

In addition, pop-up functionality allows administrators to invite new users without leaving the user management hub and easily assign groups during the invitation process. View pending, accepted, and expiring invites—all from an easy-to-filter table.

What’s changed?
We’ve combined the People and Invitation links under Users in your Business Settings. This provides administrators with a centralized place to manage users for a more streamlined experience and seamless invitation process. With this updated feature, account administrators can now manage users from the User link within Business Settings.

How does it work?
View the new experience by:

  1. Visiting Business Settings
  2. Navigate to User Management and click Users
  3. From the new User Management experience, view your summary dashboard at the top or filter and search the user table below for more detailed visibility.
  4. To invite new users, click the Add users button. A pop-up window will allow you to add new users via email or with a link.
  5. During the invitation process, you can assign users to groups and subgroups as well as roles.

Where is the enhanced User Management experience available?
The new User Management experience is being rolled out gradually to Amazon Business account administrators in the US, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, India, and Australia.
