  • Uncover savings opportunities across your business: Buyers can identify bulk buying opportunities and Subscribe & Save options by asking questions like "Where can I find quantity discounts?" or "How do I set up recurring deliveries?" The tool analyzes purchasing patterns and suggests strategic savings opportunities.
  • Navigate business-specific features with ease: Business customers can get instant guidance on Amazon Business features, buying policies, and account settings through conversational support, asking questions like "How do I set up approval workflows?" or "Which Business Prime plan is right for my organization?" Amazon Business Assistant can help provide explanations specific to customer needs.
  • Transform procurement processes into simple conversations: Buyers can streamline their workflow by asking questions about business features, policies such as "Can I just block specific items instead of whole categories?" or "If we turn on SSO, what happens to our existing Amazon Business users?" Amazon Business Assistant provides immediate support for smarter purchasing decisions.
