Group administrators can now control paper packing slip preferences for their Amazon Business deliveries. This new feature enables organizations to opt-out of receiving paper packing slips with their packages, helping reduce paper waste and support sustainability goals.
To update your preferences, Administrators can navigate to Business Settings and select Shared Settings under the Billing & shipping section. From there, you can toggle your packing slip preferences for the selected group by selecting “Enable” or “Disable”
Going paperless doesn't mean losing access to your order documentation. Digital versions of packing slips are available in Your Orders within Business Settings for 90 days after an order ships, so your team can retrieve the documentation they need within that window.
This option is now available in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, and Australia.
