Multi-ASIN free pallet delivery is a shipping option for Business Prime customers that consolidates eligible bulk orders onto pallets at no extra cost. Instead of managing dozens of individual packages, get your order delivered on organized pallets, saving time during receiving and reconciliation.

How does multi-ASIN free pallet delivery work?

When your order qualifies, “FREE Pallet Delivery” appears as a shipping option at checkout. Your items are consolidated onto the fewest number of pallets and delivered together in a single shipment. You must set up your pallet preference in your delivery settings for this option to appear at checkout.

How to enable pallet preferences:

1. Navigate to Business Settings
2. Select Addresses and delivery preferences
3. Locate desired address and click Actions
4. Choose Edit address delivery preferences
5. Scroll to the Pallet Preference section
6. Check the box next to Delivery on pallets when available
7. Click the Save button
