What is the Amazon Business Analytics Pay by Invoice Report?

The new Pay by Invoice report, located in Amazon Business Analytics, simplifies reconciliation for customers who use Pay by Invoice by providing key invoice data in an easy-to-use format that aligns with PDF invoices.

How does it work?

The Pay by Invoice report provides invoice data in Excel and CSV formats while allowing account administrators to customize reports with the values that matter most to them. Access invoice data including:

• Charges
• Refunds
• Order ID
• Fees
• Tax rates
• Payment status
• Cost center
• Custom fields, and more

Similar to other Amazon Business Analytics reports, account administrators can customize the Invoice Report, adding and adjusting columns to include the details they need. Once customized, administrators can add a title and save their report for future use. 

To access the Invoice Report, visit Business Analytics, and under the Reports dropdown menu, choose Pay by Invoice.

Where is the Invoice Report available?

The Invoice Report is available in the US, UK, IT, ES, DE, FR, CA, JP and IN for organizations that have enabled Pay by Invoice.
