Customers can now not only identify unusual spending patterns but also receive actionable, data-driven guidance on how to optimize their purchase controls to prevent future occurrences. 

How does it work?

This feature is automatically enabled for Business Prime Enterprise/Unlimited customers and is integrated with the existing dashboard in Amazon Business Analytics. Go to the "Business Analytics" page, go to the "Insights" tab, and click "Spend Anomaly."

1. Click on “View recommendations” to view your recommendations
2. Review the provided recommendations and click “View details” to see more information about a recommendation
3. You can then choose to take the recommendation which will send you to the tool to complete the action.
