Smart Business Buying in Any Economy is a hot topic for both our employees and our customers. As such, we are assembling an inspiring two-day event for procurement, finance, and business decision-makers, as well as others interested in learning more about today’s evolving procurement landscape and solutions to top challenges.

Curious who you might cross paths with at Amazon Business Reshape 2023? Magic Johnson will headline our event this year. Here are five more business leaders we’re excited to welcome to our mainstage in Chicago this year:

  • Alexandre Gagnon, VP at Amazon Business WW
Currently Vice President, Amazon Business Worldwide, Alexandre Gagnon has been at Amazon since June 2002. His executive responsibility includes the worldwide management, operation and growth of Amazon Business, which has expanded to 9 countries – in addition to Business Prime, which has expanded to customers in 8 of those countries.  Originally from Quebec City, Alexandre started at Amazon working on the launch of Amazon Canada in 2002, where he oversaw the English and French books business. Since that time, he has helped in a number of roles in the United States, including the launch of Amazon’s Print on Demand technology, before spending three years in Europe, supporting the launch of the European Fulfilment Network (EFN), in addition to launching Amazon.com in Italy and Spain. Upon his return to Seattle, he spent one year as Diego Piacentini’s technical advisor, before overseeing Amazon Canada’s retail expansion phase for consumers. The organization he led transitioned to “NA Emerging”, which subsequently included the launch of Amazon Mexico, the North America Fulfilment Network (NAFN), the NA FBA remote fulfilment and the Spanish experience on Amazon.com.

  • Candi Castleberry Singleton, VP of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion at Amazon

  • Other Amazon Business customers just like you
Hearing from everyday Amazon Business customers will be a central focus for this year’s event. You’ll hear about their experiences with Smart Business Buying, lessons learned, and time/risk/cost-saving tips. We heard from 2022 attendees that engaging with and learning from other Amazon Business customers was a major highlight—so you’ll hear the voice of more of our customers this year.

We’ll feature our customers in each area of our event, including case studies, co-presenters in breakout sessions, and helpful customer anecdotes throughout. More on these customer stories to come!
