Streamline address management with bulk address download
What is bulk address download?
Amazon Business group administrators can now request and download a list of shared addresses in their current group via an email link. The downloaded file can be modified and re-uploaded to a different group using the Bulk Address Upload functionality in Business Settings.
How does bulk address download work?
Administrators of Shared Address groups can access this feature by:
- Visiting Business Settings
- Clicking Addresses and delivery preferences
- Select the Actions drop down
- Choose Download addresses from the current group
What is the benefit to the customer?
This new functionality will help customers streamline address management and avoid manual address retrieval (for example, copying and pasting addresses group by group). Bulk address download will be especially helpful for larger companies managing multiple delivery locations or multiple groups in a single Amazon Business account.

This functionality is available for group administrators in US, CA, MX, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, JP.
