Business Analytics helps you create and download reports about your Amazon purchases. With Spend Visibility, you can quickly see your purchasing patterns through ready-to-use dashboards.
 

Create your own dashboards using Analyses to show exactly what data matters to your business. Spend Visibility is included with Business Prime Essentials, Small, Medium, and Enterprise plans.

Get Started

1. Sign in to your account
2. Select 'Business Analytics' from the 'Hello' menu
3. Click 'Dashboards' under 'Spend Visibility'

Create a custom dashboard

Users with dashboard access can either have reader or author permissions.  You must have Spend Visibility author permissions in order to create dashboards, while readers can view and explore dasbhoards. Check with your account administrator to confirm your role permissions. Author access is available with Business Prime Small, Medium, and Enterprise plans.
 

1. Click the Quicksight icon
2. Select 'Analyses'
3. Click '+' to add a visual
4. Select which data you want to include
5. Click 'Publish'
    

Your default Procurement Dashboard shows key information like total spend, order sizes, and group spending for the past year. Click any chart to see more details or download the data. Want preset options? Use our pre-built dashboards for supplier diversity, policy tracking, or savings analysis. You can use these as-is, or customize them to fit your needs.
