This tool automatically flags potential spending irregularities, making it easier to oversee purchasing across multiple buyers. This feature monitors four key areas:

Unusual category purchases

Flag purchases from categories your organization rarely uses, while considering your industry profile to exclude commonly purchased items specific to your business type..

Split purchases

When the same user makes multiple orders to the same address within 48 hours that exceed spending thresholds, the system identifies these as potential split purchases for review.

Abnormal repurchases

The system monitors repurchase patterns, distinguishing between consumable and non-consumable items. While regular purchases like office supplies are excluded, unusual repurchase patterns trigger alerts for administrator review.

Excessive daily spend

By tracking each buyer's historical purchase behavior, the system identifies when daily spending significantly exceeds typical patterns, alerting administrators to unusual spikes in purchasing activity.
