New reconciliation report

New columns and features to make reconciling credit card purchases on Amazon Business fast and easy.
11 September 2026

What is the enhanced reconciliation report?

The Amazon Business reconciliation report lets finance roles and administrators reconcile invoice and credit card purchases in a single report. Match transactions to orders and download the data in CSV to close your books quickly and accurately.

How does it work?

The enhanced reconciliation report provides full line-item reconciliation with 75 columns (up from 34) and 41 net-new fields. Access data including:

  • Charges and refunds

  • Charge Identifier (now shown by default)

  • Line-item and shipment-level detail (ship date, shipment status, ASIN, product title, UNSPSC hierarchy)

  • Full pricing breakdown (unit price, item subtotal, shipping, promotions, regulatory fees, tax rate, net total)

  • Invoice and credit memo info (document issue date, statement number, invoice due date, document status)

  • Shipping and recipient detail (recipient name, shipping address, delivery status, receiving status)

  • Return and refund detail (refund reason, restocking fees, return shipping fees with tax)

  • Product info (ASIN, title, full UNSPSC hierarchy)

  • Seller info (seller name, tax registration number, e-invoice transaction status)

  • Savings info (pricing savings program and discount applied)

  • Organization-specific fields (GL code, cost center, department, project code, location, and up to 13 custom fields)

Similar to other Amazon Business Analytics reports, account administrators can customize the reconciliation report, adding and adjusting columns to include the details they need. Once customized, administrators can add a title and save their report for future use.

Where is the enhanced reconciliation report available?

The new reconciliation report is available in the US, UK, FR, DE, IT, ES and rolling out worldwide through 2026.
