After a decade of serving business customers, one thing remains clear: delivery isn't just about getting packages from point A to point B, it's about helping your operations run smoothly. While many customers are familiar with Amazon's delivery network from their personal shopping, business customers face unique challenges, from coordinating receiving schedules across multiple locations to managing high-volume orders.
At Reshape 2025 in Seattle, we shared delivery innovations designed for these organizational needs. Attendees learned about these new features through breakout sessions and main stage presentations, and even tested their logistics skills with our interactive pallet-stacking game in the Connections Hub.
Keep an eye out for something new on the road: Amazon Business-branded delivery trucks, now rolling out in select US locations. These vehicles represent more than a fresh look. Brian Steward, Director of Operations for Amazon Business, explains “These aren't just any trucks - they're the first fleet designed exclusively for our business customers. Equipped for palletized and scheduled deliveries, they're built to serve organizations at scale.”

Multi-ASIN pallet consolidation is available across the United States for Business Prime customers on eligible high-volume orders. For customers who can receive pallets at their commercial address, this feature offers the option for eligible orders to arrive consolidated onto pallets in a single delivery, at no extra cost. This means your receiving team can process shipments more efficiently, reduce time spent unpacking individual boxes, and minimize packaging waste, all while maintaining the speed you expect from Amazon Business.
To enable pallet delivery, navigate to Billing & Shipping within your Business Settings, locate your address that can receive pallets, and select Pallet Preference under delivery instructions.
Instead of navigating multiple screens to update delivery specifications, you'll find everything in one place. Set requirements once, and they'll apply across the selected addresses within your shared address book, saving time and reducing the coordination needed for successful deliveries. Account administrators can enjoy bulk editing capabilities for multiple locations, streamlining operations across your organization. Customers in the EU, Australia, and Japan can now access this redesigned delivery settings interface. North America customers will gain access to this same experience in 2026.
To access delivery preferences, navigate to Billing & Shipping within your Business Settings, locate the Manage Addresses section, and update your delivery preferences for each address.
Rolling out in early 2026, Business Prime members in the United States can plan ahead with Deferred Delivery for eligible large purchases. Schedule orders up to 30 days in advance, giving your team time to prepare receiving areas and coordinate resources. Whether you need to align with warehouse staff availability, coordinate with construction schedules, or plan around busy periods, you’re in control.
Once available, look for Free Scheduled Consolidated Delivery on eligible items at checkout and select your preferred delivery date from the calendar options.
Coming in late 2025, One-Time Password (OTP) verification adds a security layer for shipments exceeding $100. When a high-value package arrives, the authorized recipient receives a unique code required to complete delivery, designed to help verify your valuable purchases reach the right person at the correct location. This can help give you added peace of mind for your business-critical shipments and helps reduce the risk of incorrect delivery or theft.
These innovations work together to give you the control your organization needs, from coordinating complex logistics to safeguarding delivery security. Delivering for business customers requires solving challenges that go far beyond residential drop-offs, from understanding address types and order sizes to managing location complexity.
