Prime Business at Reshape 2026: Here's what you can expect

Updates on smarter spend analytics, enhancements to anomaly monitoring, and stronger value signals for large member organizations
Matt Owings, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Prime Business
27 October 2026

Amazon Business Reshape returns to Nashville on October 27-28, 2026, and Prime Business members in attendance will get a first-hand look at the biggest set of program updates in years.

Reshape was built to show how organizations get more value from working with Amazon Business. For customers with Prime Business, that value compounds even more thanks to exclusive tools and features that come with being a member. Throughout the conference's two days of programming, Prime Business members can expect a first-hand look at the program's 2026 growth story: enhanced visibility, better controls, and new ways to realize value.

“Reshape is where our members see the roadmap come to life. Everything we announced this year, from reimagined spend analytics and real-time anomaly detection to new benefits and deeper savings opportunities, is built around the idea that more clarity and control helps procurement teams act with confidence," said Nicolas Easton, worldwide head of Prime Business. "In the end, that's exactly what a Prime Business membership is for.”

What’s new with Prime Business

Spend analytics, reimagined: the Insights Hub and new Spend Visibility dashboards

Spend Visibility got a significant upgrade in 2026. The tool has evolved into four dashboards designed to surface the purchasing visualizations that teams of all sizes rely on most, with instant, expanded access and no user cap. The data is richer too, with 24 months of purchase history for year-over-year comparisons, and results that are directly aligned with reporting designed to eliminate the discrepancies that used to slow teams down.

Each dashboard puts these new KPIs to work. The Procurement Dashboard tracks spending trends and surfaces consolidation opportunities with spend data by item, product, and buyer. The Policy Adherence Dashboard shows spend against your current Guided Buying policies and helps identify spend that falls outside them. The Responsible Purchasing Dashboard helps you break down spend by category and track against internal compliance policy goals. The Savings Dashboard reports savings by product, program, and shipping. Learn more about these dashboards.

Layered on top is the new Insights Hub. This reimagined, centralized dropdown within Amazon Business Analytics introduces three new insights to help guide customers toward more savings and better opportunities to reach their internal goals. New for 2026 are Lower-priced product, Purchase consolidation, and Alternate product with sustainability features (expected by end of year), which join Subscribe & Save, Quantity Discounts, and Certified and credentialed sellers. Together, they use AI-powered procurement intelligence to surface actions customers can take based on recommendations directly from the data.

Read the Insights Hub launch announcement for a full walkthrough of how these new insights work.

Spend Anomaly Monitoring now reaches more members and does more. We recently announced that tool access has been extended from solely Enterprise plan members to those on the Prime Business Medium plan as well. Better yet, Spend Anomaly Monitoring is now catching these potential abnormal purchases in real time. Customers who select "real-time unusual spend notifications" in their dashboard will receive alerts of potential issues within milliseconds. An email confirming the abnormal order soon follows. Now, even more customers can shop confidently knowing 100% of spend is monitored for unusual trends and is quickly flagged for review.

Also new in 2026, Spend Anomaly Monitoring has added to what it catches. Luxury items (new in 2026) joins the list of anomalies, alongside abnormal repurchases, excessive daily spend, split purchases, unusual category purchases, and orders delivered to non-standard addresses. Amazon Business previously highlighted the addition of weekly digest emails, finance and group administrator access, and Amazon Business Assistant integration as additional enhancements to the tool earlier this year.

As Prime Business has evolved since its launch in 2017, program leaders have increasingly counted on outside research that provides a different perspective. This year, Amazon Business commissioned a study produced by S&P Global's 451 Research team to do just that.

The headline findings are strong: a 416% three-year discounted ROI, a five-year net present value of $973,400, and a payback period of fewer than four months, with surveyed enterprise customers reporting a 13% average reduction in unplanned and ad hoc spend. The goal of this research was to measure the return on investment of a Prime Business membership, drawing on in-depth customer interviews and a survey of more than 300 members across the globe.

Worldwide head of Prime Business Nicolas Easton will be joined on-stage for a breakout session covering the research, but customers can read the full breakdown to better understand the methodology, customer stories, and what the numbers mean for member organizations.

Why Reshape matters to Prime Business members

Customers with Prime Business know that visibility into team and company spend, purchasing controls, and savings tooling combine to make a membership worthwhile. Amazon Business Reshape is where that value is put on display.

Members on the Medium and Enterprise plans receive the most enhanced set of benefits, and many eligible members will attend this year's conference with complimentary tickets as part of their membership. The sessions, demos, and conversations at Reshape are designed to help customers get even more out of their plan.

Much of that experience also takes place at the Prime Business Lounge, open exclusively for members throughout the conference. Customers with Prime Business are encouraged to stop by to watch new feature demos, chat with product leaders or sales representatives, or even just for a quiet moment to recharge between sessions with a Peet's coffee. Whether customers came to learn, to benchmark, or just to see what is new, the goal is to connect the value of Amazon Business to the exclusive features a Prime Business plan unlocks.
