Amazon Business allows you to set up one central account with multiple buyers and purchasers, providing you control and visibility over team spend. You can easily add purchasers from your company through your settings. Add buyers by entering their email address, or upload the available spreadsheet template to add multiple buyers at once. If your team members are only shopping for business, they should be added to your organization’s account using their work email address. This way, they can keep their personal shopping and shopping for work separate. Learn how to onboard users to your account by clicking here. 

No, there is no limit to how many users you can add to your account. Note that Business Prime pricing will vary at renewal based on the number of users on your account.

When you add a new user to your account, you can select a role type for them.

• A Buyer (requisitioner) can place orders or request order approvals.
• Admins can manage people and approvals. Perform Finance and Tech roles.
• Tech can Set up system integrations.
• Finance can access order history, invoices, and credit notes.
  

You can change people and roles at any time.

Guided Buying helps buyers easily see what they are allowed to buy within your price tolerance. Search for and discover suppliers through the list of diversity credentials, as well as by entering a known supplier’s name directly, then save them as a preferred supplier. Restricted policies designate UNSPSC based product categories as company non-compliant. Create custom text, alerting users that the item may not comply with your company’s purchasing policies. Approval workflows can also be configured based off of these policies.

With recurring deliveries, you can have essential items for your organization delivered automatically, based on a schedule you choose.

• Cancel anytime - no commitments, obligations, or fees and shipping is always free.
• You can manage recurring deliveries at any time by hovering over your account name in the top header and scrolling to “Account Details” where “Manage Recurring Deliveries” is located.
• Browse the recurring deliveries page to get started.
• Please note, recurring deliveries are not available with Punchout.

Pay by Invoice is available with select Business Prime accounts. Only Administrators or account members in a Finance role can view invoices and account balances. If you are an Administrator or in a Finance role for a group, you will only have access to information for your group. Should you need additional account members, such as your Accounts Payable contact, to access invoices within the account, assign them to an Administrator or Finance role. 

Invoices are available to view and download from 3 different places within Amazon Business:

• Your Invoices: It displays invoices and credit memos, invoice status, a total of what you owe, and any unapplied funds. From this page, Requisitioners, Finance users, and Business Account Administrators can download invoices and credit memos in bulk as a ZIP file. Choose the documents to download by selecting the corresponding box for each document, and then select Download documents and data from More actions. Download up to 2,000 documents at a time.
• Your Orders: It groups the invoices by order. The Requisitioners, Finance users, and Business Account Administrators can view the orders.
• Business Analytics: It generates reports for your internal reconciliation process. This feature is available for Group Administrators, Finance users, and Business Account Administrators. Choose the invoices you want to download by selecting the corresponding box next to Payment Reference ID. Download up to 45 invoices at a time through Business Analytics.

With 30-day payment terms* and on-demand itemized digital invoices, Pay by Invoice gives your business more flexibility and control. 30 days not enough? Extend payment even longer with an eligible Business Prime membership plan. Your account is assessed for a Pay by Invoice credit line upon approval for an Amazon Business account. If you're the admin and are approved for Pay by Invoice, you'll receive an email to activate the credit line, which remains open for a limited time.
