Since that time, he has helped in a number of roles in the United States, including the launch of Amazon’s Print on Demand technology, before spending three years in Europe, supporting the launch of the European Fulfilment Network (EFN), in addition to launching Amazon.com in Italy and Spain. Upon his return to Seattle, he spent one year as Diego Piacentini’s technical advisor, before overseeing Amazon Canada’s retail expansion phase for consumers. The organization he led transitioned to “NA Emerging”, which subsequently included the launch of Amazon Mexico, the North America Fulfilment Network (NAFN), the NA FBA remote fulfilment and the Spanish experience on Amazon.com.

  • Other Amazon Business customers just like you
Hearing from everyday Amazon Business customers will be a central focus for this year’s event. You’ll hear about their experiences with Smart Business Buying, lessons learned, and time/risk/cost-saving tips. We heard from 2022 attendees that engaging with and learning from other Amazon Business customers was a major highlight—so you’ll hear the voice of more of our customers this year.

We’ll feature our customers in each area of our event, including case studies, co-presenters in breakout sessions, and helpful customer anecdotes throughout. More on these customer stories to come!
