Track quantity discount requests through a dashboard
Customers can now track the status of their discount requests sent to sellers directly on the Amazon Business website.

Amazon Business customers can request a discount from sellers based on the quantity of an item they’re looking to purchase. This is done by selecting the Buying in bulk? link located close to where the quantity of the product is displayed. Previously, the status of this request was sent via email; now customers can view the status of their request immediately via a dashboard highlighting the item, the quantity discount requested, when the request was sent and the deadline for the request.
To access the dashboard:
- Go to Amazon.com
- Hover over your account name in the top right corner
- Select Bulk Ordering from the dropdown menu
