Following the recent launch of blanket purchase orders, which enables administrators to allocate a set amount of funding to a PO number, administrators can now also allocate individual budgets to each buyer within an account group.

Available in the U.S. and Canada, user-level blanket purchase orders give administrators more granular control of their budgets by allowing them to assign portions of the budget to individual buyers within a group. With individual budgets, buyers can spend budgets on the items they need throughout the budget’s duration at their own pace.

User-level Budget Management helps Administrators get real-time visibility into spend by generating reports that show a consolidated view of users’ spend, which includes adjustments from returns/refunds. Administrators can quickly adjust and reallocate budgets across all users, alongside additional budgeting controls like managing budget duration, low fund notifications, and active status.
