Related offer reports to be discontinued on March 31, 2021

Related offer reports give customers a way to automatically record some of the other competing offers available at the time of a purchase. That data is stored through reports on Business Analytics and gives customers an easy way to look back at competing offers. Due to very few using this service, we’ve decided to discontinue the program and focus on areas where we can bring more value to our customers.

For anyone currently using related offer reports, those reports will still be accessible in Business Analytics for any purchases made prior to March 31, 2021.
