Return or replace items from shared addresses

Customers belonging to groups with shared addresses can return or replace items from those addresses

Customers belonging to groups with shared addresses can now return or replace items from those addresses. Previously, buyers could only use their individual addresses when an item needed to be returned or replaced.

To return or replace an item, go to Your Orders, select Return or replace item. The shared address associated with the order will be selected by default. To change the address, select Change address and search for the address from the shared addresses associated with your group.
