Restrict new members from accessing unallocated budgets
Organizations using budget blanket purchase orders with individual allocations can choose to restrict access to new group members.

If you’re creating individual-level budget allocations across a budget (blanket PO) in a group, you can now choose to restrict new group members from automatically having access to unallocated funds.
To manage this access:
1. Administrators can go to their Budget (blanket PO) page
2. Select the name of the budget
3. Under allocations, select Manage
4. Make sure the box is unchecked that says Allow group members without assigned allocations to spend from the unallocated pool
