Budget Management Update: rename POs and remove unused budgets

Account administrators can rename a blanket purchase order or remove unused budgets with the Budget Management tool

  • What is Budget Management update?

Administrators now have flexibility when it comes to managing their organizations blanket purchase orders (POs). With Budget Management, you can now update the name of a blanket PO and remove unused budgets across your organization.

  • How does it work?

Start updating your organization’s budgets, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Amazon Business account and go to Quick Actions.
2. Under Quick Actions, select Manage Budgets, to access the Budget Detail List.
3. On the Budget Detail List page, select Manage to either edit the name of the budget, expiration date, or budget amount.
4. To remove an unused budget select delete unused budget.

This update is currently available to Amazon Business customers worldwide including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, India, and Japan.
