Monthly Spending Summary Email is available to all AB customers in the US.

  • What is Monthly Spending Summary Email?
    Monthly Spending Summary Email is a new feature from Amazon Business Analytics where customers receive a summary of their monthly spending in an email. The email provides customers with a monthly snapshot of their organization’s Total Spend, Total Savings, Number of Orders and estimated Savings in shipping costs*. (*Estimated Savings in shipping costs is only available for Business Prime customers)

 

  • How does it work?
    Root admins of Amazon Business accounts who had a spend in prior month will receive Monthly Spending Summary Emails. The email will be triggered on the 3rd business day of every month and it may take up to 48 hours for customers to receive these emails.

 

  • What are the customer benefits?
    The Monthly Spending Summary Email helps customers be aware of their spending. This email provides root admins with a summarized view of their organizational spend in the comfort of their mailbox. For Business Prime customers, this feature provides visibility on savings that customers have by shopping on Amazon Business. Additionally, for non Business Prime customers, email shows what shipping savings they could have by with Business Prime. The mail includes Total Savings, which is an aggregate of Shipping Savings (only available for Business Prime customers) & Pricing Savings (Business Pricing Discounts, Quantity Discounts and Progressive Discounts).

 

  • Where are we launching?
    In the US only
