Last Updated: 10 August 2023

The ‘Custom price’ feature in Amazon Business Analytics Reports is now available for all Amazon Business customers with pre-negotiated pricing or custom offers.

  • What is ‘Custom price’ in Amazon Business Analytics Reports?
Amazon Business Analytics has added a new value in its Reports that displays the savings an organization gains through custom offers. Within the Amazon Business Analytics Reports, the 'Pricing Savings Program' column indicates savings derived from various programs: the Business price (a discount given to Amazon Business customers compared to regular retail customers), the Quantity discount (a discount for Amazon Business customers making bulk purchases), and now, the 'Custom price' has been added to this list.

  • How does it work?
    1. Log in to your business account.
    2. Hover over ‘Hello, Your Name’ and select ‘Business Analytics’ from the drop-down menu. Or click Business Analytics.
    3. Hover over ‘Reports’ and select Orders or Savings.
    4. Find ‘Pricing savings program’ column in Orders report or Savings report.

  • What are the customer benefits?
Prior to this launch, the ‘Pricing savings program’ column in Amazon Business Analytics Reports (Orders report and Savings report) only displayed savings from the Business price, Quantity discount and Progressive discount. Now that the ‘Custom price’ has been added as a new option in the ‘Pricing savings program’ column, Amazon Business customers can directly view their savings from pre-negotiated pricing or custom offers.
For customers engaged in Planned Spend, they can easily determine if a purchased item came with pre-negotiated pricing or customer offers, and subsequently view the savings derived from that purchase.

  • Where are we launching?
Worldwide including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and India.
