Invoice by Amazon Update: Enablement of Direct Debit

Direct Debit is now available as a payment method for Invoice by Amazon customers in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
 

• What is the Enablement of Direct Debit for Invoice by Amazon?
  Amazon Business has enabled Direct Debit as a payment option for Invoice by Amazon (IBA) a single supplier solution. This new feature allows Invoice by Amazon customers to use direct debit as their payment method during checkout to receive a single supplier invoice issued by ABEU Sarl.
  
  
• How does it work?
  Customers using Invoice by Amazon who have set up direct debit as their payment method can now seamlessly check out, as Amazon Business supports this type of payment.
  
  
• What are the customer benefits?
  Direct debit is a widely used payment method in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Prior to this update, customers using Invoice by Amazon were unable to use direct debit and blocked from checkout. They had to select an alternate payment method that is supported like credit card , debit card or Pay by Invoice. With enabling direct debit as a supported payment option for Invoice by Amazon, customers can benefit from simplified invoice reconciliation.
