Business Prime membership plans

Business Prime has five plans available to Amazon Business customers, with each plan building on the benefits and features of the last. These plans are broken out based on users per-account. Business Prime Duo is free for Prime members and designed for sole proprietors. For up to three users, the Business Prime Essentials plan includes the benefits of Duo plus access to tools like Guided Buying and Spend Visibility. Business Prime members on the Small and Medium plans receive enhanced access to these same tools. The Small plan is for up to 10 users on an account, while the Medium plan allows for up to 100. The Enterprise plan is for organizations that require access for an unlimited number of users. This plan includes more access to Spend Visibility and Guided Buying, plus more favorable terms for Pay By Invoice. Business Prime can also grow with your business needs. If you're interested in changing to a different membership plan, start by clicking "Membership Settings" on the member benefits page.

Get started with each of these benefits by visiting your member benefits page, which will feature the type of access you have depending on your Business Prime plan.

5% Back or 90 day terms

All Business Prime members can apply for the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card. Choose 5% Back or 90 days to pay interest-free during checkout at Amazon.com and Amazon Business, or on your Amazon card management page for U.S. purchases at AWS and Whole Foods Market with an eligible Prime membership. Earn 5% Back on the first $120,000 in purchases each calendar year, 1% Back thereafter. (Terms apply.) To get started, visit amazon.com/businesscard or, click "see details" on your member benefits page.

Guided Buying

Guided Buying takes the mystery out of shopping for work by providing clear answers to the question: "What am I allowed to buy?" Get started today and create seller, order and product policies to drive purchasing compliance. Watch our complementary videos on Guided Buying to learn more.

Spend Visibility

To analyze spending patterns on your account, Business Prime members can access enhanced benefits of Spend Visibility. Get started by clicking "Manage" on your member benefits page and navigate through your account's dashboard. View trends on total spend, average order size, and more. Click "Reports" and get a read-out on important data. On larger plans, customers have author access, where you can create your own spend visualizations.

Pay By Invoice

Small, Medium, and Enterprise plans also introduce extended terms for Pay By Invoice. For this benefit, we assess your Amazon Business account for a Pay by Invoice credit line upon your account registration approval. The account administrator will receive an email inviting them to activate the credit line.
