  • Create a buying policy using Guided Buying

    Guided Buying enables organizations to create their own set of buying policies or rules to control how buyers interact with Amazon Business. These policies steer buyers to the right products and buyers and empower administrators to set the appropriate limits around orders. Administrators can mark items as preferred, restricted, or blocked and add approval workflows at the group level or for specific policies. 

  • Set guardrails using Approval workflows

    Approvals allows you to create approval workflows around your buying policies and designate one or more approvers to review purchases. Approvers get notified and can seamlessly review and approve orders from email or via mobile push notifications. Approvers can edit orders and delegate a user to approve on their behalf when they are out of office or on vacation.

Types of Buying Policies

You can create policies to prefer, restrict, and block specific sellers and configure approval workflows based on specific purchasing thresholds.
