All US customers can access 3-Way Match from mobile device by downloading the Amazon Business Mobile App.
What is 3-Way Match?
Three-way match is a common accounting control to ensure that payments on purchases made on behalf of your business are received, accurate, and complete. A successful 3-way match includes matching and verifying the purchase order, the invoice, and the barcode of the package before a payment is made. Three-way match helps businesses and organizations—from sole proprietorships to public entities, large enterprises, and everything in between streamline and speed up the reconciliation process.
How does 3-Way Match work on the Amazon Business Mobile App?
- Download the Amazon Business Mobile App.
- Sign in to your Amazon Business account and go to Business Settings.
- Under Manage Your Business select Receiving (3-Way Match).
- Select Scan code and allow camera access to scan your packages barcode.
- Point your camera at the barcode or data matrix code on the shipping label to get to the Receiving screen.
- If you have received all of your items in a delivery, select Mark everything received.
- If you have not received all of your items in a delivery, select Items missing or Received for each item.
