Guided Buying

Set a buying policy with Guided Buying

Guided Buying is available exclusively to Amazon Business customers with a Business Prime membership. As an account administrator, you can identify products and suppliers your organization prefers buyers to purchase such as specific brands and product types, products that are Climate Pledge Friendly, Small and Diverse Sellers, and Local Businesses. When shopping, buyers will see products badged as preferred by your organization and show up in their search results.

You can also identify and restrict certain product categories that buyers are not allowed to purchase for work such as alcohol. Products in these categories will display a message to buyers explaining why the purchase is not allowed and will require approval if requested. Customers with the Business Prime Enterprise Plan have exclusive access to block products to help buyers avoid products and sellers they should never buy.
